That's a good thing about it being a community - we don't want to exclude anyone: all eyes are good eyes when it comes to spotting stolen bikes!
Yo can still download the app to your smartphone and you can scan any bike you see with the Veloeye tag on it - in fact we encourage it. It is participation by all members of the public, police, community support and other agencies which will make Veloeye a popular community resource to aid the recovery of stolen bikes
